The company Plinovodi is preparing a Ten Year Network Development Plan for the Slovenian natural gas transmission system for the period between 2027 and 2036. The draft of the document (in Slovene language) is published for public consultation between 17 April and 17 May 2026. The company Plinovodi has invited all interested public representatives to present comments, suggestions or additions to the draft document within the public consultation procedure. The Ten Year Gas Transmission Network Development Plan for the 2027-2036 period will be completed in the following months.

The Energy Agency has issued a Decree (nr. 111-14/2025/27) on the 7th of April 2026 about the confirmation of the Ten-Year Gas Transmission Network Development Plan for the 2026-2035 Period.
