The transmission system operator, Plinovodi d.o.o., established a virtual point for the exchange of natural gas quantities on the Slovenian transmission system in accordance with the provisions of the System Operating Instructions for the Transmission System for Natural Gas and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 312/2014 on the establishment of a network code for offsetting gas divergences in transmission systems. All three virtual point services (transaction execution, trading platform and bulletin board) are supported with the VTP (Virtual Gas Point) web platform.
