Transmission System Operator (TSO) Plinovodi d.o.o. has – in accordance with provisions of System operating instructions for natural gas transmission and Commission Regulation (EU) No 312/2014 for establishing a Network Code on Gas Balancing of Transmission Networks – on 1st October 2015 established the Virtual point for exchanging natural gas quantities on Slovenian transmission system. All the three services of Virtual point (transactions, Trading platform and Bulletin board) are implemented in the frame of web application “VTP” (Virtual point for gas).
