Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on conditions for access to the natural gas transmission networks and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1775/2005, a network code on harmonised tariff structures for gas was established with Commission Regulation (EU) No 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas.
In accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 and the decision of the Energy Agency, the gas transmission system operator is conducting the final public consultation on the methodology for setting tariff rates for the use of the natural gas transmission system in Slovenia.
Invitation to Participate
The company Plinovodi invites all interested parties to submit comments and proposals on the published consultation document and submit them up to and including on
25 September 2026
in electronic form on the attached form in Annex 1, to the e-mail address skr@plinovodi.si.
In accordance with the requirement of Regulation 2017/460, the transmission system operator will publish the received responses on its website after the consultation has been concluded.
