In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/459, as of 1 January 2026 the Transmission System Operator, Plinovodi d.o.o. offers transmission system users an additional capacity product at interconnection points: interruptible within-day capacity. The transmission system operator offers the interruptible within-day capacity product using the over-nomination procedure, provided that the offered transmission capacity, whether technical or additional, has been sold out and the interruptible day-ahead transmission capacity has not been sold out.
Interruptible within-day capacity is marketed following the publication of a UMM notice on the Transmission System Operator’s website. The method for submitting an over-nomination is identical to that for submitting a nomination of transmission quantities at an interconnection point.
