Plinovodi invites you to an expert meeting for system users and other interested stakeholders titled: “The Path to a Decarbonized Future: The Role of Gas and Hydrogen”, which will take place on Thursday, 18 September 2025, starting at 8:30 AM, at the Brdo Congress Centre, Predoslje 39, 4000 Kranj.
The event will consist of two sessions.
In the first session, we will present the highly successful 20-year journey of Plinovodi, discuss the state of the gas market at both the EU and Slovenian levels, including related legislative updates, anticipated developments in the gas market, and key measures for advancing the hydrogen market.
In the second session, there will be a presentation on the hydrogen network development in Germany, followed by a roundtable discussion titled "Path to a Decarbonized Future: The Role of Gas and Hydrogen." Participants will include representatives from the transmission system operator, the Energy Agency, the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy, the Jožef Stefan Institute, the distribution system operator, the gas supplier, and consumer representatives.
