Access to the transmission system on the interconnection points is for the System Users enabled with concluding the Transport contract for auctioned transmission capacities, separately and independent on border entry and exit points.
According to the Rules on terms and conditions for capacity allocation mechanisms at interconnection points of the transmission system by auction, congestion management procedure and capacity trading on the secondary market (Official Gazette of RS, No 152/20, further on as Rules) (legally unbinding translation), transmission capacities on each border entry and border exit point are offered through independent electronic auctions on the chosen web-based booking platform PRISMA European Capacity Platform.
The Transport contract for auctioned transmission capacities is possible to conclude for firm and interruptible transmission capacities for different periods as yearly, quarterly, monthly, daily and with-in day (only as firm) standard capacity products.
All the auctions are performed according to the Auction calendar, published on the web page of capacity booking platform PRISMA European Capacity Platform.

In order to take part at the auctions, every System User should provide the Transmission System Operator on time with the Statement accepting the General terms and conditions of the transport contract on auctioned capacities, providing sufficient financial securities and respective registration on web-based booking platform PRISMA.
The Network User should at least 5 working days before biding at the auction provide sufficient financial securities to the Transmission System Operator, according to Article 11 of The Rules:

System User who successfully took part at the auction is allocated the capacity with Transport contract for auctioned transmission capacity at the price defined at the auction. System User whose bid in the auction was unsuccessful has not been allocated the transmission capacity.
